Delivery

We will send the ordered items after the payment is received unless explicitly agreed otherwise. If you paid via PayPal or iDeal this will be immediately after the successful completion of the checkout process after confirming your order. When you pay by bank transfer we will wait until the payment is credited to our account. Once the payment is received we will send an e-mail confirming that the order has been submitted. If the payment is not received within 30 days the order will be canceled.
When the ordered products are shipped you will receive an email confirmation. The delivery takes about 3 to 7 days.


Warrenty

Aqua Inox stands guarantee for a period of 10 years after delivery for proper implementation of the agreed performance.
No warranty is given when the defects are the result of, normal wear and tear, improper use or installation, lack of proper maintenance.
